The Program

I've been working with amazing women like you for the past three years. 

 

Here's my "why":  

I understand the stress of being a working professional with a family and what it's like to be a woman with hormonal issues (due to surgical menopause at age 27) and what it can do to your mind and body. 

 

I also understand that most women begin their health journey with the idea that they are flawed and need to be fixed. We have been lead to believe that we are broken and that our bodies should be smaller and we should change. I believe that you are the only one who gets to decide how you should be and that your health should not be based on the number on the scale or the size of your clothes, but instead how you feel about yourself and how you treat your body. 

 

As your coach, we will begin your journey by getting to know your why, setting your goals, and implementing small, strategic steps to creating healthier habits.

 

And the journey is only beginning...

 

My services are most effective for women who are one or more of the following:

 

  • Have put their health on hold to care for others 

  • Want to make healthier living a habit

  • Want support, guidance and accountability 

  • Want more joy and fulfillment  

  • Are feeling "stuck" but don't know why

  • Want to be more attuned to health and relationships

  • Not training for specific events

How it works

  • Easy to use online platform - You'll start by telling me about yourself, including your goals, health challenges, and daily routine. From there, I'll customize your entire program and we'll start the proven 12-month coaching process.

  • Small yet powerful habits to improve everyday life - Along with nutritional habits, we'll work together to create and practice healthy habits across every aspect of your life: from sleep and stress-management to movement and mindfulness. These new habits will help you feel more calm, confident and prepared for each day - no matter what life throws at you

  • Simple nutrition habits and daily check-ins - Every day, you’ll get a lesson and a nutrition or lifestyle habit to practice. You can either read the daily lesson or listen to it like a podcast. We’ll practice a new nutrition habit every two weeks, with every lesson designed to help you reach your goals

  • Personal coaching and detailed progress checking - I’ll check in with you frequently to see how you’re doing and to answer any questions you have. Also, you can message me whenever you need. The program also tracks everything your habits throughout the year to your measurements (optional), so you can see how much progress you’ve made. 

  • Facebook group with other women who are on the same journey - you'll never be alone. I, along with a few other women, will form a tribe to support each other and offer advice. Life happens and things can seem hard so we band together and support each other.
