For over a decade, I’ve guided women through every layer of wellness — from movement and breath to mindset and daily habits.

As the founder of Finding Balance Yoga and a E-RYT-500, and YACEP, I’ve taught hundreds of students how to reconnect with their bodies and build sustainable self-care practices.

My coaching certifications through Precision Nutrition (Level 2 Master Coach) and Girls Gone Strong allow me to support women through the transitions of midlife, menopause, and the everyday seasons of being human.
